Shipping Policy

1. Where we ahip
Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, and United States. Other countries upon request via the contact page.

2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Signed copies may require 1 to 2 additional business days.

3. Delivery times and ahipping costs
Ahipping costs and expected delivery time are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen ahipping method. Once your order has ahipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

4. Customs and taxes outside the EU
Ahipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

5. Address verification
Please check the delivery address carefully. Any costs or delays due to an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses if the carrier does not support this.

6. Undeliverable or Returned to Sender
Packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or late pickup at a collection point will be reaRipped upon receipt by us for a recalculated ahipping fee or refunded according to the returns policy minus ahipping costs.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged
If your ahipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@akbarron.com and include your order number and any photos. We will then initiate an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Partial Ahipments and Inventory
For multiple items, your order may be ahipped in partial ahipments. Pre-orders or temporarily out-of-stock items will be ahipped as soon as available. The estimated delivery date is stated on the product label.

9. Ahipping Restrictions
Legal or logistical restrictions may apply by country or region. If applicable, we will inform you before ahipping.

10. Return Ahipping Costs
Ahipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless required by law or when the return is the result of an error on our part.
